With over 20 years of experience, I will efficiently handle all your loan signing and notarial needs in a fast, thorough manner. I am proficient in real estate closing documents including Refinances, Purchases, Sales, Commercial, Short Sales and Reverse Mortgages. I have performed 1000s of error-free signings for trusted lenders including Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, Provident Funding and US Bank. 

Notarial signings include your standard notary papers for Acknowledgments and Jurats, Power of Attorney, Affidavit of Support, Affidavit of Death of Joint Tenant, Permission for Minor to Travel with Accompany Adult(s), Grant Deed & Quitclaim Deed. 

I provide notarial services for business and individuals at your place of work, home or a public destination that includes hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes and O.C. Count Jails (I am background checked to enter O.C. Jails). I will even meet you at a coffee shop or Starbucks, if you prefer. Clients can also come to my home office - of an evening after Notary Public hours - for last minute notarial services!

Each of my clients are given my full attention as I perform signings and notarial work with great care and precision. I have a high professional work ethic and all transactions are performed under strict confidentiality.
